Introduction
Nanjing Medical University was founded in 1934 as Jiangsu Provincial College of Health Policy and Management. NMU has been approved to be one of the first groups of medical universitiest was then known as Jiangsu Provincial College of Health Policy and Management and its first president was Mr. Chen Guofu. In 1938 the college was renamed National Jiangsu Medical College. In 1957 the college was moved from Zhenjiang to Nanjing and renamed Nanjing Medical College. Today it is a key university of Jiangsu Province.
University Overview
The university consists of twenty-two schools and one independent school (Kangda School). It has twenty-four affiliated hospitals and more than fifty teaching hospitals in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Shandong Provinces. NMU has been awarded many times by the superiors for the cause of talent-cultivation. The university has twenty undergraduate programs and three “5+3” integrated programs (undergraduate + postgraduate). Currently it has more than 13,000 students. University ranked 974 of 14,131 in the world and 87 of 960 in the country.

Eligibility
The qualified applicant should be over 18 years old and under 25 years old
The minimum marks of all subject should 60% or above.

Special notes
⦁ Application Fee is 2000RMB with complete documents which is not refundable.
⦁ Student will pay liaison fee 12000RMB in the first year only.
⦁ Students will pay for stationary, electricity charges and water bill themselves.
⦁ Fee once paid will not be refunded. Student will follow the rules and regulations of the ZZU.
⦁ Food, Visa, Medical Insurance and other miscellaneous expenses are not included in the above fee. These expenses will pay by the student on arrival with actual price.
